Trappe Volunteer firefighters responded to a total of seven (7) incidents over the past weekend in just over 48 hours. It all started early Saturday morning and ended Monday morning with the following calls:
• 0142 hours on 11/5/2011 responded to an auto accident with injuries at 250 East 3rd Ave in Trappe Borough.
• 0352 hours on 11/5/2011 assisted Limerick Twp fire units with an apartment fire at 908 Dickinson Court.
• 0138 hours on 11/6/2011 Station 77 dispatched to 595 Old State Rd for a working house fire. We were assisted on scene by units from Collegeville, Royersford, Mont Clare, Oaks, Perkiomen Skippack, Limerick and Upper Providence Fire Marshalls.
• 1032 hours on 11/6/2011 responded back to 595 Old State Rd to assist the Fire Marshall with overhaul and aerial pictures during the investigation.
• 1116 hours on 11/6/2011 dispatched to a reported gas fireplace explosion at 727 Sourwood Lane in Upper Providence Twp.
• 0330 hours on 11/7/2011 dispatched to smoke in the area of the Court at Upper Providence at 1810 Ridge Pike. The smoke was unfounded.
• 0813 hours on 11/7/2011 Trappe was sent to assist Collegeville with an Auto Fire Alarm at the Collegeville Professional Building, it was a false alarm.
