At 12:10 units were alerted to a commercial building fire at Kohls (989 South Township Line Road) in Limerick Township. DC51 arrived and confirmed a working fire on the front of the building and established Kohls Command. Kohls Command requested two additional engines to the scene adding Engine 77 to the assignment.

En-route Engine 77 was advised to connect to the Fire Department Connection in the rear of the building but advised not to charge the hose line. Engine 77 was also tasked with placing positive pressure fans into service to evacuate smoke and odor from the building.

Upon confirmation from Kohls Command, Engine 77 placed multiple positive pressure fans into service.

At 13:36 Command was terminated. At 13:57 Engine 77 was released by CH51.
