On December 12, 2017, members of Trappe Fire Company and Ambulance took part in a joint skills review session. This event is held annually for the members of the company so providers on all levels can stay on top of the latest protocol updates, improve on the skills they already practice as well as staying familiar with all of the equipment that is located on the Ambulance. All of the members involved took part in stations consisting of Airway management, utilization of an Automatic chest compressor used in an event of a cardiac arrest, and Narcan Administration.
