Ladder 77 Goes to Work in Limerick Township on a Dwelling Fire

Station 54, 51, and 77 were dispatched to a dwelling fire at 24 North Limerick Rd. Chief 54 arrived on scene with heavy smoke showing from the attic.

Ladder 77 responded with a crew of 5 and laddered the building upon arrival. Engine 54 pulled a line to extinguish the fire in the attic . Ladder 77 and Rescue 54 went to the roof for vertical ventilation. Units from 324 and 325 assisted with rehab.

Extra manpower was provided by Engine 93 and Engine 98. The fire was placed under control at 16:00 and units were released at 16:30. Great quick knock on the fire job well done from all departments!
