Station 54, E77 and E51 were dispatched along with Medic 324-13 for a vehicle crash with roll over and entrapment at W Ridge Pk & Township Line Rd at 0759 hours this morning. Reports of Jeep rolled over with one child removed and driver still trapped under the dash.
DC54 (Russell) arrives at 0805 hours, and confirms entrapment and assumes "Limerick Command." LT324 (Roberts) requests 2 additional ALS units for a total of 3 victims. Medic 324-4 and Medic 325 added to the box.
E77 arrives and is assigned to stabilization of vehicle #1 and fire suppression stand by hose line. 77 Fire Police assist with closing westbound Ridge Pike and northbound Township Line Rd. E77 crew remains on scene for clean up until both cars are towed away.
Both victims from the overturned Jeep are transported to West Reading Trauma and driver of the car is flown by MedEvac to Trauma Center.
