On Monday, January 21st, the Trappe Fire Company participated in a Martin Luther King Day of Service event in coordination with the Cradles to Crayons organization. The fire station was a collection point for residents to drop off new or gently used clothing, toys, books, school supplies, etc. that will be distributed by Cradles to Crayons to disadvantaged children in the Philadelphia area. At the end of the day, representatives from Cradles to Crayons noted that the Trappe dropoff location was very generous with their donations. We would like to thank all the residents who participated in this event and for showing what a great community we live in through your generosity!!
