On Saturday May 16th, crews from 77, 34 (Collegeville), 93 (Upper Providence Township), and 76 (Towamencin Township) participated in live fire training at Bucks County Fire Academy. Crews completed six evolutions that included a primary attack line, back up hose line, RIT Team , Primary Search team , and a VEIS team (vent , enter, Isolate, search). After training crews were treated to lunch and then cleaned up for the day. This was a great experience and a great team effort.

On Monday May 18th, crews from 77, 34 ( Collegeville) , and 99 (Black Rock Fire Company) participated in a live fire training at the Skippack Burn Building. Crews completed multiple high rise fire simulations where crews would have to bring hose up 3 flight of stairs, connect to the standpipe, and make contact with the fire on the 4th floor.

Both live burns were extremely important to learn and prepare for a real incident.

Great job to all involved...Training never ends!!
