Station 77 Attends Upper Providence Community Day

Station 77 along with the other fire companies that provide service to Upper Providence Township participated in Upper Providence Community Day at Anderson Farm Park. Apparatus on display to the public included: L77, R98, SD99, U34, and MU34 . The public was provided tours in each piece of fire apparatus. The event started at 12:00 PM and ended with fireworks at 9:00 PM.

During Community Day, at 14:40 PM, Station 77 and E34 were dispatched to a vehicle fire at 12 West Main Street in Trappe Borough. Resources for the assignment were pulled from those on display at Community Day. SD99 and L77 responded and arrived within three minutes from the dispatch. DC77 arrived to find no fire but fluids on the roadway after the accident. SD99 remained on scene with DC77 to finish clean up. All units then returned to Upper Providence Days.
