Last evening department members, surrounding Fire Chiefs, and local Municipal Government Officials gathered to celebrate Fire Chief Brian C. Long's years of service as Fire Chief. Brian has been instrumental in the progression of local emergency services and has provided outstanding leadership to the Trappe Fire Company No. 1, Trappe Borough, Upper Providence Township, and surrounding communities. As of 2020 Chief Long will be transitioning to the position of Captain and will continue to assist in transitioning the role of Fire Chief to Robert Greenwood.
