Shortly after midnight Station 77 and Station 98 were dispatched to the 300 block of Rittenhouse Road in Upper Providence Township to standby at a vehicle accident. Units were requested by the police and arrived to find one vehicle off the roadway onto the property.

Initial arriving units worked to secure the vehicle and verified that the dwelling was not struck during the course of events. Fire police closed down Rittenhouse Road between S. Lewis Road and Hess Road. Units remained on scene until the vehicle was removed from the roadway by the tow company.
