This evening Trappe Fire Company personnel responded to three calls for service.

At 16:05 Station 77 Fire Police were requested to assist with traffic control at the intersection of Main Street and Third Avenue in Trappe Borough. The traffic light at the intersection was reported to be out.

Shortly after at 18:42 Engine 77 and Engine 34 were dispatched to 515 W. Main Street for a fire alarm. Engine 77 and Assistant 77 located a bad smoke detector head inside the premises with no other issues.

While operating at 515 Main Street, 324-1 requested fire department assistance for lifting on Longacre Drive in Upper Providence Township. Engine 34 and Deputy 77 responded to handle the lift assist.
