Engine 77 and Engine 34 were dispatched to an odor of gasoline leak outside near College Ave in Trappe Borough at 2025 hours.

While units were clearing, Engine 77’s crew detected a strong odor of natural gas coming on College Ave.

Engine 77 found a large gas leak inside a commercial building and a residential basement with 10% LEL readings.

Deputy 77 established command and requested PECO along with Tower 51 to assist with ventilation.

PECO arrived on scene and found multiple leaks which were secured.

Crews remained on scene until 2315 hours.
