Station 58 Sanatoga Fire Company and Station 59 Ringing Hill Fire Company were dispatched to a dwelling fire near the 1400 block of Snell Road in Lower Pottsgrove Township at 0918 hours.

A working fire was transmitted bringing multiple companies.

Chief 58 took command and requested additional tankers and Engines for manpower.

Engine 77 responded with a crew of 4 and arrived on scene assisting with fire suppression.

The fire was placed under control at 1038 hours.

One resident was seriously injured and transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital.

The fire is being investigated by Lower Pottsgrove Fire Marshal and the Pennsylvania State Police.
