Multiple Townhouses on Fire in Trappe Borough

Last night at 2354 hours Trappe Fire Company along with UPT Fire & Emergency Services Perkiomen Township Fire Company Collegeville Fire Company were dispatched to a dwelling fire at the 300 block of Jefferson Court in Trappe Borough.

Assistant 68-2 arrived on scene to heavy fire in the rear with 2 houses involved extending into a third house. The assignment with upgraded to a working fire bringing Skippack Fire Company (RIT), Air 66 and Skippack Emergency Medical Services & PA State Police.

Battalion 68-2 assumed command, while Engine 68 arrived on scene as the first due engine.

Engine 68’s crew provided fire suppression to the rear. Ladder 68-2 arrived behind Engine 68 and provided forcible entry, and a primary search.

Crews from Engine 34, and Engine 66 assisted with fire suppression, IRIT, and manpower.

No injuries we’re reported and the fire is under investigation.
