On 05/07/2023 at 1550 hours Skippack fire Company was dispatched to mulch and bushes on fire at Univest bank off Townshipline Road in Skippack Township.

With multiple calls coming to Montgomery County 911 center, the assignment was upgraded to a working fire. BC 86 arrived on scene and had heavy fire on the A side and requested a second alarm.

Ladder 68-2 responded on the second alarm and arrived on scene as the 3rd due truck. Ladder 68-2's crew assisted with roof operations, ventilation, and manpower,.

The fire was placed under control around 1655 hours. Firefighters had a large amount of overhaul and hot spots before clearing the scene at 1815 hours.

The fire in under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal.
