Trappe Fire Company along with UPT Engine 68, Perkiomen Fire Company, Collegeville Fire Company, and Limerick Fire Company were dispatched to a building fire at 130 West Main Street in Trappe Borough at 0500 hours

Captain 68-2 and Engine 68 arrived on scene with smoke inside the building at Graces Cafe. This added Squad 86, Air 66 and Medic 336.

Ladder 68-2 and Engine 68 made entry into the building and found a pot of food on fire.

Crews extinguished the fire, removed the pot of food from the building, and ventilated the smoke

Crews checked for extension with negative results. No injuries were reported on scene and crews remained on scene until 0600 hours.
