| Firefighters, Fire Officers and even some Police Officers recently completed 24 hours of NIMS 300 training at Station 77.
All five (5) chief officers of the Trappe Fire Co. attended along with other officers and members from: Collegeville Fire/Rescue, Oaks Fire/Rescue, Mont Clare Fire Co., Humane (Royersford) Fire/Rescue, Whitpain Twp Fire/Rescue and Lower Pottsgrove Twp. Police.
Attendees went throught two (2) full days and two (2) evenings of training. The training was presented by instructors from Bucks County Fire Training. It was well presented and the instructors were very knowledgeable in the subjects covered.
The classmates spent time in four (4) seperate groups doing hands on incidnet training, and got to work with each other. This training with other stations / members will only add to the flow of command at a real incident.
Thanks to ALL who attended. |
