The first Trappe Fire Co. No.1 barbecue was a huge success in terms of bringing us all together with a common goal.

We sold 113 rib and 136 chicken dinners!
Kudos to our "Executive Chef" Ben Henry for his outstanding rib rub and sauces. You should bottle that stuff!
