The EMS Division of Trappe Fire Company #1 is pleased to announce a free educational opportunity that is open to the community. On February 24th, Manette Richardson, RD, CDE, LDN will visit the station to present "The 10 Myths of Diabetes" to our EMS personnel and the public is invited to attend. Ms. Richardson is a locally prominent diabetes and nutritional expert who is passionate about educating people about diabetes, the myths, the treatments and how to maintain a healthier lifestyle with the disease.
