Trappe Fire Company Drills On Pumping With Engine 77 and Tac 77

Personnel from Trappe Fire Company gathered for the first in person training in approximately two (2) months due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to this date your firefighters have been attending live webinars to continue to further their fire service education. While this was a good temporary solution, it remained imperative that we return to hands on skills training so that we can continue to provide the best professional and reliable service our residents, businesses, and visitors have come to expect.
Last evening crews utilized Engine 77 and Tac 77 and conducted pumps training to refresh on supporting Tac 77 with Engine 77. The crew from Tac 77 flowed handlines and a portable ground monitor. The crew from Engine 77 flowed their deck gun and drilled on establishing a water supply as well as supplying Tac 77.
