Station 99 ( Black Rock Fire Department) and Engine 77 were dispatched to a vehicle fire on 422 in the area of the Mingo Road Underpass in Upper Providence Township.

Chief 99 arrived and found the vehicle to be fully involved on the right shoulder on 422 Westbound at the Mingo Road Underpass.

Squad 99 arrived first and started fire suppression. Engine 77 established a blocking position and crews assisted Squad 99 with fire suppression and overhaul.

The Pennsylvania State Police are looking for the operator of the vehicle and investigating the incident.
