At approximately 2:24 PM on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 Trappe Fire Company was dispatched to assist Limerick Twp. Fire Department with a dwelling fire on Elio Circle in Limerick Township. The caller saw and smelled smoke in their kitchen.

Engine 77 and Ladder 77 responded to the incident with 7 firefighters. Engine 77 arrived and establish a water supply while Ladder 77 established ladder access to the A/ B corner of the house.

Engine 51’s crew found the electric odor coming from the dishwasher. No extension was found and all units were clear at 3:15 PM.
