At 3:00 am today, Trappe Fire Company was called to the 100 Block of West Main Street in Trappe to investigate the activation of a fire alarm. The firefighters walked the perimeter, gained entry, and continued to investigate. No fire was found and malfunctioning equipment was determined to be the likely cause for the call. Collegeville Fire Department and Collegeville Police also responded.
